Weather

Saturday, October 3, 2026 is rain or shine - we don't cancel for weather. In the worst case, the day moves indoors to Black Moon Public House, next door. Check zaostock.com/live or our socials for same-day updates if conditions change.

Refunds

Ticket purchases are non-refundable. This is a free, all-ages festival - a paid ticket is a Supporter or Pro Ticket contribution to the event, not an admission fee, and admission itself never requires one. If something goes wrong with your purchase, email info@thezao.com and we'll sort it out.

Photography & filming

ZAOstock is photographed and filmed throughout the day, including drone footage, for the recap video, the livestream, and future promotion. By attending, you're agreeing that your likeness may appear in that footage. If you'd rather not appear in the event video, tell a crew member on the day, or - if you bought a ticket - use the “Happy to appear in the event video?” option at checkout to let us know in advance.

Getting in

All ages, family-friendly. No crowd surfing, no mosh pit, no stage diving, no weapons. We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask someone to leave if it keeps the event safe for everyone else.
